PROJECT MANAGEMENT BOARD (PMB)
Composition – Contact persons of all the partner institutions + coordinator of the academic team + project manager.
Responsibilities – General planning of the project activities. Assuring the coherent development of the planned project activities.

INTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL TEAM (IQCT)
Carrying out of the internal quality control and monitoring of the project activities.
Composition – one representative for each Consortium partner, different from the contact person (member of the PMB).

EVALUATION BOARD (EB)
Appointed with the external process of quality control and monitoring, including the assessment of the quality of the project results.
Composition – Three members, anyway external to the UKRENERGY partnership, appointed as follows:
­    one member proposed by the Partner from the Member States;
­    one member proposed by the Ukrainian party;
­    one member jointly chosen by the PMB, possibly belonging to supranational Institutions.
Responsibilities – External monitoring and quality control; assessment of the quality of the project results.
